Here are a few things about me...
I'm really big fan of the desert, it's my happy place. I'm always out in the middle of the desert just taking photos, enjoying Arizona's fiery sunsets and hiking. I am married, I have been with my husband for 10 years, adventuring and going to new places outside is our love language, and we have a beautiful 2-year-old, daughter together, who is now adventuring with us! We're a family of animal lovers, we have our dog, a bearded dragon, a hognose snake, a couple of chickens and a huge sulcata turtle in our back yard and are currently setting up a pretty big fish tank in our living room. :)
Photography has always been a huge passion of mine, ever since I can remember I've always had a camera in my hands. When I was younger, I would always ask my parents for those deposable cameras and as I got older, I was always gifted with a digital camera for Christmas! I took photography in high school, and my photography teacher encouraged me to take photography classes in college however I never saw it become more than a hobby. Now that I am a mother, there is nothing I want more than to show my daughter if you work towards something you love, you can make it into your reality.
I love being outdoors and hiking whenever the weather allows, so when I invested in a decent camera, I started taking photos of all my hikes and adventures. After people started seeing what I was posting, I started getting asked if I could take their photos and that's where this all started. It makes me extremely happy that other people appreciate my art and trust me to capture there most precious moments. Photos mean everything to me, I am a very sentimental person, and, to me, nothing holds more value than a photograph of a moment that you want to remember for the rest of your life.
